This DKS International Privacy Notice (« Privacy Notice ») sets out the privacy practices of DKS International, its subsidiaries, affiliates and companies – listed here, each of whom are independent data controllers (« DKS », « us » or « we »).

The Information Collected by DKS

A) Information that you provide voluntarily

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any third party payment processors protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We will disclose on the website when you are using a third party payment processor’s services.

B) Information that we collect automatically

If you place a request for products or services, we use information to ship your order. If the products or services are from a retail partner, we may provide your relevant information to that retail partner for purposes of the transaction.

Children
Our website is not intended for children under the age of 18 and we have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our website, and so we carry out the same Privacy Notice for individuals of all ages. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information relating to EEA individuals
